Guardians must write their name, occupation, address, and specimen signature on the first page of the diary, and sign each page.
The diary informs guardians about every matter concerning the student. It is also how they confirm progress and regular attendance.
Once a month, guardians should review progress, conduct, attendance, and any subject marks or comments, then speak with the relevant assistant head teacher about what the student needs.
A student with attendance below 80% of working days, or below 33% in any subject in the annual result, will not be promoted. A student who fails the same class for two years is given a transfer certificate. No exception will be made.
Guardians are asked to encourage students to follow school discipline and the school's values outside school as well.
If a diary is lost, the guardian may collect a duplicate by applying with a valid reason and paying 300 taka.
Guardians should regularly check the class and test marks attached to the diary and follow up with the assistant head teacher.
Half-yearly and pre-test scripts are sent home with students. Guardians should sign the marked place and return them within two days.
Half-yearly and pre-test results are sent to guardians on a progress report. Guardians must read it and take steps where the result is not satisfactory.
On the first day of the session, session fees, January tuition, and every other fee set by the school must be paid to complete admission. After that, tuition and other dues are due by the 15th of each month.
